Thank you for shopping at T-Rex Arms llc. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us and want to ensure you have a satisfying experience with our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

 

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rex@trexarms.llc within the specified timeframe.

  • Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

 

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (taken from the final refund total).

 

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:

    • Leather items with a used nature.

    • Gift Cards

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first.

  • If the refund is still not processed, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [customer service email].

 

7. Exchanges:

  • We currently only offer exchanges for concealable armor shirts. Please contact us at rex@trexarms.llc for inquiries on exchanging for a different size.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rex@trexarms.llc with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

9. Changes to this Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated on our website.
